Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Returned in the original packaging, including tags or protective wrapping.
To start a return, please contact our team at contact@swaphie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive another item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@swaphie.com.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products — such as candles, diffusers, or opened textiles — cannot be returned unless defective.
